Learning With

In the ongoing strand of activities “Learning With…”, different communal learning formats are envisioned from the principle that pedagogy can be alive and embodied, it can be a way of breathing and it can dissolve the hierarchies of learning.

The educational formats already practiced at the Station include: peer-to-peer practical workshops in relation to the different stages of growing the Station (planting, building eco-prototypes and infrastructures, testing materials and techniques); visits of students from different Universities, local and international; lecture performances; freestanding courses with a dedicated pedagogy such as the one coordinated in 2023-2024 by Ovidiu Tichindeleanu, Non-Western Technologies for the Good Life; mentoring sessions. Seen in an organic dialogue with the processes at the Station, these activities often have offshoots in other places, in the form of talks, exhibitions, research residencies.
